In an attempt to better stabilize his oxygen levels, the doctor increased his CPAP pressure from 4 back to 5. The hope is that he will not continue to require so much supplemental oxygen. He did better on the new CPAP setting for Kristen, the day shift nurse from Chicago. This evening, Aidan again struggled a bit with his oxygen, until they turned him on his stomach, and then he did much better. I guess it is easier to breath when he is on his stomach. The problem is that he will only tolerate this for so long, and then he really fusses and wants to be turned over.
He gained another 15 grams to 1065 (2 lb 5.6 oz). We can definitely see that Aidan is bigger.
